The organization aims to empower disadvantaged and marginalized communities with a focus on the women and adolescent girls so that a society based on justice, equality, free from violence and exploitation can be built in which opportunities for development are shared by all to live a dignified life and understanding the rights effective representation in the decisions can be ensured. We are committed to uplifting marginalized communities by strengthening their capacities and fostering self-reliance. Through targeted interventions and community centered initiatives, we empower local groups, collectives of the women and adolescent girls in particular in the identified villages of the working blocks and districts to increase their understanding on the key developmental issues and overcome socio-economic barriers through promoting leadership capacities, cadre of community level change agents, advocacy and collective efforts by the local groups and larger collectives at different level.
