Gramya Sansthan has been actively engaging with youth through various projects over time. We acknowledge the immense potential of youth as drivers of positive change and development. Our goal is to foster youth-led initiatives by equipping them with the necessary skills required in today’s rapidly evolving world to enhance their employability, build confidence, and cultivate commitment. Through workshops, trainings, and mentorship programs, we empower young leaders to identify and address pressing social, economic, and environmental challenges in their communities. We advocate for practices that prioritize youth participation and representation in decision-making processes at all levels. By amplifying youth voices and advocating for their rights and interests, we aim to create an enabling environment where young people are valued as integral part in societal development.
